I've said it before, and I'll say it again: I want to change certain aspects of my life. It's hard, but of course I never thought it would be easy. Everything I hear, read, and see, tells me that scheduling is the key. What am I not doing right now? Scheduling things accordingly.
So, what do I need to find time for?
- Food (Meal Planning, Groceries, Cooking).
Not necessarily in that order.
Now, I do have certain tasks that I undertake every day; writing this blog for one. Reading with a coffee in the morning to clear my head and learn something. And sporadic investment attention. And that's pretty much all that's solid.
Here's to writing up a meal plan, workout schedule, and automating as much of this stuff as I can to ensure it gets done.
