I Love Having a Good Think

Sometimes I need to reorient myself in relation to my life. Looking at my life through a different lens, if you will, can help my mental state immensely. It helps me be more calm, creative, and determine what is essential to my well-being.

That's one of the reasons I like my morning think. It's a great time for me to put things into perspective, determine next moves – including whether or not a 'next move' is necessary. It helps me internalize information that I've gathered through various means, and decide whether to do anything with it, and what that might be.

I've managed to get a fair amount of work off my plate today, and I'm looking forward to tomorrow morning where I can ponder the next step on this path.
